6K a year Looking for a talented multitasker who will be able to successfully complete the following duties:
Scheduling all export bookings, containers, and hauling arrangements.
Keeping up with containers(empty and loaded), assigning loads to drivers, as well as keeping up with overweight permits for drivers.
Scheduling all rail billing and booking transfers while controlling the avoidance Demurrage/Detention charges.
Order and have ready items needed for specific orders.
This person must have the ability to work with freight forwarders, drivers, ARDOT, USDA, and customs.
Desired knowledge of, or ability to learn customs requirements.
Other general clerical duties as assigned.
This position requires that the employee be in the office no later than 7:

daily and a shared weekend schedule when needed.
