Job Description
Paslode is seeking an Operator I responsible for the basic setup, operation, and preventative maintenance of equipment in order to produce according to quality specifications in an efficient and safe manner.

Responsibilities:
o Proficiently operate machinery and machine control mechanisms to meet facility goals for productivity, quality, safety and teamwork.
o Proficiently maintain machinery through preventive maintenance
o Perform all quality checks according to SOPs and quality specifications sheets
o Follow all prescribed safety practices and procedures
o Other duties as needed to support plant.
Job Requirements
o High School Diploma / GED
o Ability to understand basic machinery.
o Demonstrate a willingness to cooperate in a team environment.
o Ability to recognize and identify parts, problems, and offer resolution.
o Ability to read blueprints / specification sheets and follow instructions.
o Successfully complete supplemental training (i.e. blueprint reading, technical math, and measurement tools)
