oAssist our valued clients with insurance inquiries and requests oProvide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat oProcess policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries with accuracy and efficiency oCollaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Requirements:
oStrong communication skills and a friendly demeanor oAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment oPrevious customer service experience is a plus, but not required oKnowledge of insurance industry basics is a bonus
